The name
Acta non verba
Aktus comes from the Latin word "acta," meaning deeds or actions. The phrase "acta non verba" translates to "deeds, not words." We chose it because it captures what we believe: results matter more than promises. We don't pitch you a vision. We wire up the automation and show you what changed.

Sai builds every automation from the ground up: scoping the workflow, engineering the logic, and stress-testing it before it touches your business. He brings the analytical rigor of a research background to problems most tech people have never seen up close.
Our story
We saw the gap before we built the company.
We've been building with AI since the day it became something you could actually use. Not just reading about it. Using it every day, testing its limits, learning what it's genuinely good at and where it falls short.
Sai spent nights and weekends wiring up automations, connecting tools, and figuring out how to make AI do real work instead of party tricks. Meanwhile, every small business owner he talked to told the same story: too much admin, not enough hours, and no idea where to start with any of this new technology.
The problem was obvious. Business owners kept hearing they should "use AI" but nobody was showing them how. The tools exist. The knowledge exists. But the bridge between the two is missing for most businesses with fewer than 50 employees. The consultants who understand this stuff charge enterprise prices. The DIY tutorials assume you have a developer on staff. Neither works for an owner running a crew of five.
We started Aktus because we wanted to be that bridge. Not by selling software or handing over a strategy deck. By actually building the automations that change how a business runs day to day. We genuinely believe this technology should be accessible to every business, not just the ones with six-figure tech budgets. That's not a pitch. That's why we show up every morning.
